  Lived there 1 year. Management is terrible. Your car WILL get damaged in the parking lot and don't expect anything from the office. There's much nicer places to live on the area. Avoid this and any Camden location at all cost

  I preferred to wait a month until I posted a review of this property. This property is truly remarkable. You really do get such a wonderfully quiet convenient clean community for a great price. The newly refurbished apartments are wonderful with such great amenities and appliances at such a reasonable price. The management is incredibly accommodating as well. A recent critique of this property commented on poor maintenance with regards to pest control. I honestly must beg to differ with this feedback since I had a similar complaint about some insects obviously escaping for the cold fall nights. The maintenance responded within 12 hours. This in one of the 3 maintenance requests I submitted that were handled rapidly and professionally by Erik. I am very satisfied with this property and highly recommend it to people who love a quiet and convenient living space!
